Major: Fldng cont. W I-680, fldng I-680 where sound wall doesn't block flow. I-680 floods nr Landess Ave int, flowing N and ponding at low point in freeway at Yosemite Dr. Crk at risk of overbanking to the S along the 90 deg bend downstream of Morrill Ave. Spills from Sweigert, Crosley, and Sierra tributaries at various locations likely, sheet flowing W towards I-680. Psbl flooding along Los Coches Crk upstream Dempsey Rd, and along Piedmont Crk nr S Park Victoria Dr and Carnegie Dr, sprdng b/e the 2 crks..

Moderate: Creek overbanks upstream of Cropley Avenue and Piedmont Road on the N bank, following down Cropley Avenue towards the W. Spills near Messina Drive sheet flows westward along street parallel to the creek, over Morrill Avenue, and eventually to I-680. Spills near Majestic Way Elementary School continue W toward Sierra Creek. Possible flooding along Los Coches Creek upstream Dempsey Road, and along Piedmont Creek near S Park Victoria Drive and Carnegie Drive. Psbl fld al Wrigley Ford Crk, flwn N + W.

Minor Flood Stage: Creek may overbank near Messina Drive on the north bank, flowing westerly parallel to the creek. Majestic Way Elementary School gorunds begin to flood. Possible shallow flooding along Los Coches Creek upstream of Dempsey Road, and along Piedmont Creek near S Park Vicctoria Drive and Carnegie Drive. Possible shallow flooding along Wrigley Ford Creek, flowing to the north and west.
