12.5 Minor Flood Stage - Water begins to flow onto lowest portions of the Northway Road for approximately 2.5 miles south of the Chisana River bridge. Some residental driveways and yards along this stretch of the Northway Road will also begin to become inundated with water. Slumping and erosion along the Northway Road is possible. Higher water levels may result in significant flooding and damage to the Northway Road in this area and the road may become impassable.
12 Action Stage - Significant amount of water flows over bank into the wetlands surrounding the Northway Road south of the Chisana River bridge. Saturated road bed may begin to result in some slumping of road shoulder.
11 Water begins to flow over lowest sections of river bank and starts to inundate ponds/lakes/wetlands along the Northway Road for approx 2 miles south of the Chisana River bridge. No impact to road or residences.
