18 Water begins to flow over the bank of the main channel of Goldstream Creek. Water will flood a portion of the observer's dog yard, driveway, and begin to reach the level of the foundation of the observer's residence.
17 Old slough adjacent to observer's residence is filled with water at this stage and low spots on property are inundated with water.
