28 Downtown businesses have catistrophic monetary losses due to flooding. Low-lying homes area wide will flood.
25 Inundation on lower roadways. Water on non-floating piers. Flood damage.
23.5 Low parking lots such as the boat ramps could have some inundation. If the wind waves are significant, water may lift planks on piers.
22 No overlfow except by waves. Nuisance wetting by salt water on objects not removed from beaches.
