This is moderate flood stage with significant flooding along Ketchikan Creek. Yards and homes will be flooded along with potential damage to bridges from debris flowing downstream. Water will be over knee deep along Freeman St. Flooding could be worse during high tide along Creek St.

Minor flooding along Ketchikan Creek with flooding of yards and some roads above and below Park ave bridge. Flooding could be worse due to high tide along Creek St.
