6.2 Corresponds to a flow of 1800 cfs which is the FEMA 1 percent flood. Widespread flood impacts within the FEMA 1 percent floodway. Approximately 15 residential structures, one mobil home parkm and one business impacted by flood waters. Numerous channel breakouts expected along Weekes Wash and down Palm Wash. Several bridge crossings at damger of being overtopped. Low water crossings along Weekes Wash impassible.
4 Major Flood Stage. Widespread flooding along Weekes Wash in Apache Junction.
2.28 Flood of July 21 2013. Water overflowing residential yards in Apache Junction. Outflows from Weekes Wash down Pal Wash. Widespread street flooding. Roadway near ALERT stream gage at Apache trail Highway 88 came close to overtopping roadway. Water begins to surround one or more homes in Apache Junction closest to Weekes Wash.
2 Moderate Flood Stage.
1.5 Minor Flood Stage. Water flowing one and a half foot deep near ALERT stream gage.
1 Action Stage. Water flowing one foot deep near ALERT stream gage. Impacts begin at low water crossings along Weekes Wash.
