Web Portal Changes: The Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS) hosted at https://water.weather.gov will be replaced by the National Water Prediction Service (NWPS), with a target of March 2024. Existing AHPS content and features will be preserved and expanded within NWPS.

Experimental National Water Center Products: The National Hydrologic Discussion, Area Hydrologic Discussion, and Flood Hazard Outlook, and real-time geospatial services depicting River Forecast Center and National Water Model forecasts, continue to be accessible via https://www.weather.gov/owp/operations, as described in the StoryMap here.

28 State Route 141 and most of Aid is flooded. Widespread flooding throughout the area.
23 Homes are flooded near Symmes Creek and a food store starts to flood on the upstream right bank side of Symmes Creek.
22 Homes along Symmes Creek on both sides start to flood.
19 Fields and low areas along Symmes Creek are flooded. Sections of State Route 378 start to flood in the Linnville area.
17.5 The intersection of State Route 217 and State Route 378 at Linnville begins to flood.
