29 Several roads, homes and businesses in Clendenin and Queen Shoals are flooded. Major flooding occurs along the entire reach of the Elk River.
25 Damage is extensive in Clendenin. Some businesses have 1st floor flooding. Many homes in and around Clendenin and Queen Shoals are flooded. Homes and apartments along River Haven Road start to flood.
20 Between 20 and 23 feet, basements in Clendenin businessess are flooded. State Route 4 floods above and below Clendenin and Queen Shoals. Abandoned church opposite side of the river from the gaugehouse starts to flood. A dip in Valley View Drive starts to flood.
19 General flooding along the reach of the Elk River.
