21.5 North Main St begins to flood near Elm St Parking Lot.
18 River Rd downstream of the gage near the railroad bridge begins to flood.
16 Water approaches back of homes on Old Plank Rd, upstream of gage. Parking lot on Elm St. north of Main St. on southside of river begins to flood.
