Major flooding occurs in the area. Parts of State Fair Bouldevard and SR-695 flood. Access points to I-690 are also affected. Western sections of the State Fairgrounds will flood, possibly affecting structures. Storm drain runoff would be significantly backed up into the Fairgrounds.

Significant out of bank flood flow begins. Water affects the underpinning of bridges in the immediate area. Lower parts of SR-695 and Pumphouse Road take on water. During heavy rain events, storm drain flooding increases at the State Fairgrounds.

Minor flooding develops and affects some parking lots and the river walk near the mouth of the creek with Onondaga Lake. Drainage flooding may start affecting portions of the State Fairground western parking lots. Increasing basement flooding nearest the creek.
