11.8 Low-lying areas near the intersection of Banks-Lowman Road and Middle Fork Road will be impacted by floodwaters. Water will encroach on Weilmunster Park and the Garden Valley Trail. The river will be out of its banks and impact adjacent lowlands from Crouch upriver past Elk Springs Road.
