10.4	Extensive flooding impacts streets, bridges and buildings near the river. This level represents a flood that has a 2-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year. For more information click here.

9	Water is at the base of the bridge at Kipling and 44th Avenue with flooding of homes and structures along the creek.
