24 This flood is expected to be comparable to the flooding experienced during Irene in August 2011. Floodwaters inundate or isolate many homes, farms and other strucutres in the greater vicinity of the Deerfield River. Large stretches of Route 5 and other secondary roads are flooded out. Floodwaters inundate some buildings on Deerfield Academy and many surrounding recreational fields and parking lots. Heed the advice of local officials, and evacuate if asked to do so.
22 Floodwaters inundate or isolate many homes, farms and other structures in the vicinity of the river. Roads with large stretches of inundation include Pogues Hole Rd, Round Pond Rd, Little Meadow Rd, Broughams Pond Rd, Mill Village Rd and Stillwater Rd. Flooding also occurs along portions of Route 5, Lower Road, Wells Cross Rd, Old Ferry Rd, Childs Cross Rd, Albany Rd West and Boyden Lane. Flooding occurs in some buildings near Deerfield Academy and in many surrounding recreational fields and parking lots.

14 Portions of Stillwater Rd, Pogues Hole Rd, Round Pond Rd, Wells Cross Rd, Little Meadow Rd, Broughams Pond Rd and Mill Village Rd are inundated. Floodwaters encroach on Deerfield Academy and inundate several surrounding fields and parking lots. Floodwaters encroach on some homes between the Deerfield River and I-91. A significant amount of farmland is flooded, with some structures becoming flooded or isolated by floodwaters.
12.5 Portions of Stillwater Rd near I-91, Pogues Hole Rd, Round Pond Rd, Little Meadow Rd, Broughams Pond Rd and Mill Village Rd are inundated. Several recreational fields and some adjacent parking lots close to the Deerfield River are inundated. Flooding occurs along farmland and some farm houses close to the Deerfield River.
11 Portions of Stillwater Rd near I-91, Pogues Hole Rd, Round Pond Rd and Broughams Pond Rd are inundated. Floodwaters encroach on Little Meadow Rd. Also lowest lying recreational fields and some adjacent parking lots close to the Deerfield River are inundated. Flooding occurs along farmland and some farm houses close to the Deerfield River.
9.5 The Deerfield River oversrpeads some of the lowest lying farmland in the Deerfield area. Floodwaters inundate a portion of Pogues Hole Road. Also lowest lying recreational fields and parking lots nearby the river start to flood.
