12	Homes along Perry Mills Road and Creek Road in Perry Mills will be inundated. Downstream at Champlain Village, homes and businesses along Main Street, Water Street, and River Street will flood. Flooding in Mooers is likely, and portions of Routes 9 and 11 will be covered with water.
10	Water will approach homes in Perry Mills. Perry Mills Road and Creek Road in the vicinity of Perry Mills will flood, and water will partially cover Route 11 south of Perry Mills.
