20 FEMA 0.2 percent flood level. Impacts comperable to the flood of record. Widespread flooding to low lying portions of Warren. Water up to second story level of some buildings can be expected.
16.5 FEMA 1 percent flood level. Severe flooding will occur throughout the central sections of Warren. Residents living along the river should prepare for major flood losses.
14.8 Major flooding will occur in the City of Warren. Floodwaters will spread to Niles Road. Residents living along the river should prepare for major flood losses.
14 Southwest Main Avenue inundated. Areas near the river south of Market Street flooded.
13 Property near the river south of Market Street flooded, including South Park and Pine Avenue.
12.5 Southern portions of South Park Avenue, Civitella Streets, and Pine Avenues flooded. Berkins Park inundated.
12 Flooding will begin along Pine Avenue.
11.5 Floodwaters will spread to Lynwood Drive and Olian Avenue.
11 Flooding will affect property along Tod Avenue and Lovers Lane Drive.
10 River is out of banks, southern portions of South Park Road threatened. Flooding can be expected at Walnut and Beaver, along South Park Avenue and along Hayden Street.
