12 Widespread long-lived residential flooding of hundreds of homes above Calallen occurs. This requires residents to be evacuated. Roads into the flood prone areas flood for miles, cutting off large residential areas for weeks. Massive flooding of roads near and around Calallen. Subdivisions evacuated include: County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres, and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park flood.
9.5 Residents are isolated upstream on the west side of the river for as much as six weeks. Widespread lowland flooding occurs, requiring evacuations. This includes the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park are inundated, and roads near the parks are flooded.
9 Widespread lowland flooding occurs, closing roads and cutting off many residences at times for weeks. Flooding of roads and residential areas near Calallen is widespread. Evacautions are required for the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park will are inundated.
8.5 Major lowland flooding occurs. Roads flood through residential areas, cutting off homes near Calallen at times for weeks. Evacuations are required in the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park is flooded, and Labonte Park is inundated.
8.19 Roads flood in residential areas, cutting off homes near Calallen, and requiring evacuations. This includes the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park will also flood, with a good part of the park under water. Roads near the park and river are closed, and the soccer field is inundated.
7.7 Roads flood through the lowest residential areas, cutting off homes near Calallen, and requiring evacuations. This includes the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park will also flood, with a good part of the park under water. Roads near the park and river are closed.
7.5 Moderate lowland flooding occurs. Roads flood through the lowest residential areas...cutting off homes near Calallen, and requiring evacuations. This includes the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Hazel Bazemore Park and Labonte Park will also flood.
7 Minor lowland flooding occurs. The flow above Calallen impacts residential areas in the following subdivisions, Sandy Hallow, Los Dos Palomas, Los Escondido, and along Oak Lane in Rio Encinos. Roads in some of the lowest residential areas near Calallen are threatened, including the subdivisions of County Road 73 in Riverside Addition 1 and 2, Riverside Annex, Twin Lakes, Riverside Acres and homes in the Nueces River Estates and Lindgreen Estates. Flow gets into the lowest areas of Labonte Park.
6 Overbank conditions occur with no significant impacts.
