18.3 The record flood of March 14, 1918 is reached.
17 Water may begin to backup drain on Wall Street at Canal Street and also in parking lot of apartments at that intersection. Parts of Canal Street flood. Water begins to flood Island Drive.
16 The Riverside Park dirt parking lot floods. Water may begin to backup street drains on Island Drive by Island Park.
