25 Water affects the U.S. Highway 52 causeway near Sabula.
23 Water affects the railroad tracks and into some businesses in Savanna.
22 Water affects Driscolls Island.
21 Basement flooding occurs in homes and businesses in Savanna with seepage into yards. Water also affects grain elevators and affects the lower portion of the Marquette Park parking lot. In Sabula, water affects Vulan and South Broad Streets.
