14.5 MAJOR FLOOD. Flooding on 300 block of Noben Ave.
14.13 Burgamott Bridge is inundated.
14 Flooding on 100 block of Griggs Ave.
13.5 MODERATE FLOOD. Water level is at the top of hydrants at 3rd St and Western Ave. Water reaches 2nd St and Burgamott Ave.
12.5 City park begins to flood. Sewage treatment plant affected. Fifth St W and Golf Course Rd blocked.
12 MINOR FLOOD. Water in Leistikow Memorial Park at 3rd St and Western Ave.
