495.00 Stage 5 of Midlothian Drought Response Plan is enacted. (Emergency water shortage conditions) Number/scope of mandatory water restrictions increased to achieve 35% reduction on monthly water usage.
497.00 Stage 4 of Midlothian Drought Response Plan is enacted. (Critical water shortage conditions) Number/scope of mandatory water restrictions increased to achieve 30% reduction in monthly water usage.
502.00 Stage 3 of Midlothian Drought Response Plan is enacted. (Severe water shortage conditions) Number/scope of mandatory water restrictions increased to achieve 25% reduction in monthly water usage.
507.00 Stage 2 of Midlothian Drought Response Plan is enacted. (Moderate water shortage conditions) Mandatory water use restrictions to achieve 10% reduction in monthly water usage enacted.
