13 This stage compares to a record flow of around 11700 CFS at the Brule Dam set in 1953. Several homes along Runbers Road surrounded by several feet of water.
12 Floodwaters affect homes along Runbers road in Florence County. This stage compares to a flow rate of 10600 cubic feet per second at the Brule Dam. At 9100 cfs, floodwaters affect a seasonal home on a private drive off Runbers Road.
