At levels above 32.8 feet massive lowland flooding of the Brazos and Oyster Creek flood plains occurs as homes in the Columbia, Mallord, and Great Lakes subdivisions begin flooding.
At levels above 31.7 feet water is one to two feet under homes along Cow Creek with homes in the Columbia, Mallord, and Great Lakes subdivisions near the intersection of Highway 35 and County Road 25 threatened.
At levels above 30 feet minor lowland flooding begins with the bridge at County Road 25 over Cow Creek inundated.
