21 Flooding begins to Morris public works area and West River Road is inundated.
20 Some flooding begins to low-lying residences in Morris.
19.5 Old Stage Road threatened near the Illinois and Michigan Canal between Morris and Seneca.
19 Voluntary evacuations at Marseilles.
18.5 Water approaches a few homes on Cemetery Road on East side of Morris.
18 Secondary roads near Morris flood. Illini Park near Marseilles floods.
16 Pine Bluff Road, west of Route 47, and Dwight Roads flood on south side of river.
