23 Floodwaters approach homes near Rock Ford Road.
20 Floodwaters approach homes near Largent, as well as near Fisher Bridge Road and Running Waters Way. Widespread flooding is occurring throughout the basin.
17 Route 9 is flooded in multiple locations, near the southern bridge over the Cacapon in Morgan County, and near Claybaugh Rocks.
16 Route 9 begins to flood near the southern bridge over the Cacapon River in Morgan County.
15 Floodwaters reach Trailer Park Road near Largent.
12 Running Waters Way begins to flood.
11 Kilgore Road is flooded in multiple spots.
9 Rock Ford Road begins to flood in multiple locations, including flowing completely over the low water bridge. Constant Run Road and a small portion of Kilgore Road also begin to flood.
