20 Devastating flooding along River Road and any adjacent roads near the river, with numerous homes significantly inundated. HWY 118 also floods near River Road, and some homes along HWY 118 are inundated.
18 Widespread flooding along and south of River Road. Water inundates homes on Cow Pen Landing Road and adjacent roads to the south of River Road. Additionally, residences on Elane Drive are flooded.
16 Maple Cypress Road is inundated at low spots on either side of the bridge over the Neuse River. River Road is impassable in several spots. Water surrounds many homes along River Road, and adjacent roads to the south, including Jolly Ole Farm Road.
14 The river threatens homes along the north bank of the river. Many acres of farmland flooded.
13 Minor lowland flooding of many acres along the river. Water inundates boat ramps along the north bank of the river.
12.5 Minor flooding is possible as river overflows the north bank into lowlands along the river.
