18.21 Floodwaters affect cabins and trailers southeast of Wisconsin Dells along Levee Road, Van Hoosen Road, Indian Trail Parkway, Ingebretson Road and Norway Drive. Water from the Wisconsin River backs into Hulburt Creek causing floodwaters to affect the back yards of some businesses in downtown Wisconsin Dells near Highway 13. This level is the 4 percent chance flood meaning that there is a 4 percent chance of the river reaching this level in any given year.
