16 The fairgrounds and buildings along the river begin to flood. Channel improvements have lessened the likelihood of flooding, but development in the flood plain is in danger.
14 Buildings in the flood plain are flooded. Numerous parking lots of venues along the river are completely flooded. A mini golf course near Community Center Drive floods.
12 Parking lots of various dining and entertainment venues along the river are flooding.
11 The river runs bankfull. No known damage occurs at this level.
