Widespread flooding occurs throughout the reach.
Flood waters threaten traffic on Furnas Street on the north side of town.
Local levees are threatened with overtopping, especially the right bank levee.
The local high school grounds on the left bank downstream of the gage, and Willow Point cabins toward the mouth of the creek begin to flood.
The Silver Street bridge closes to traffic.
Upstream lowlands begin to flood.
