1311 cfs Minimum base flow for September 1 and September 15 at this river gage, which is the lowest base flow of the year. The affected stream reach is from the confluence of Derby Creek to Beaver Valley Hwy, excluding Derby Creek and Icicle Creek. Water-rights junior to the base flows established in the rule may be restricted if streamflow drops below this value. For more information on this and the minimum base flows for other times in the year and for other reaches, refer to Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 173-545.
700 cfs Minimum base flow for October 15, October 31, January 1, January 15, February 1 and February 15 at this river gage, affecting water-rights junior to the base flows established June3, 1983 and prior to the 2008 rule.
