20 Water completely covers Back Loop Road to a depth of 3 ft and will force the closure of the road. The houses on NW side of Mendenhall Loop Road will experience major flooding, with water over stem walls and possibly flowing through houses. Surrounding yards and driveways will be covered by a least 3 ft of water. Evacuation is likely.
18 Water flowing across Back Loop Road just N and E of bridge is at a depth between 0 and 1 ft and will likely force the closure of the road. Houses on NW side of Back Loop Road will flood to the top of foundation with several feet of water covering driveway and surrounding yard. As much as 3 ft of water is possible in the low water crossing on Montana Creek Road.
17.5 Approximately 65-year recurrence interval.
17 This is an estimate of the stage where the Mendenhall Loop Road near the Montana Creek gage begins to flood. Houses on NW side of Mendenhall Loop Road will have water up to the foundation and become surrounded by water. Approximately 30-year recurrance interval event.
15.5 Flood stage - 3-6 inches of water at low water crossing on Montana Creek Road
15 At this stage river is bankfull at the gage and water starts to inundate adjacent undeveloped fields. Water begins flowing over the low water crossing on Montana Creek Road.
