20 Water completely covers Back Loop Road to a depth of 3 feet. The residence on Northwest side of Mendenhall Loop Road will experience major flooding, with water over stem walls and possibly flowing into homes. Surrounding yards and driveways will be covered by at least 3 feet of water.
18 Water will be flowing across Back Loop Road near the Montana Creek bridge up to 1 foot in depth and will likely force the closure of the road. Residence on the Northwest side of Mendenhall Loop Road will flood to the top of foundation with several feet of water covering driveways and surrounding yards. As much as 3 feet of water is possible over the low water crossing on Montana Creek Road.
17 This is an estimate of the stage where the Mendenhall Loop Road near the Montana Creek gauge begins to flood. Houses on NE side of Mendenhall Loop Road will have water up to the foundation and become surrounded by water.
15.5 Up to one half foot of water will flow over the low water crossing on Montana Creek Road after the community gardens. Water will approach and begin to inundate yards of residences along the Northwest side of Mendenhall Loop Road.
14.5 Water begins flowing over the low water crossing on Montana Creek Road. Bankfull conditions at the gauge with water starting to inundate adjacent undeveloped fields along Mendenhall Loop Road.
