8.6 Severe flooding in the north part of La Grande downstream to Imbler and Elgin.
7.9 Major flooding at Hilgard Junction along Interstate 84. Flooding through the north part of La Grande and from Island City downstream to Imbler and Elgin.
7.2 Flooding begins in some businessess and homes in Island City. There will be minor flooding of residential property north of La Grande. There will be extensive lowland flooding from Island City to Imbler.
6.6 Minor flooding of pasture and grain fields from Island City downstream through Imbler to Elgin, especially along Highway 237, the Cove Highway.
5.8 At this level, there will be some isolated field flooding from Island City downstream to Imbler and Elgin.
