19.5 expect major and widespread flooding in the upper Tualatin Valley, with numerou road closures likely and several homes flooded or isolated due to surrounding flood waters.
18.5 a few homes are threatened by floodwaters. Numerous roads are flooded and may be closed, and widespread lowland agricultural flooding occurs.
17.5 several minor roads begin to flood and may be closed. Widespread lowland agricultural flooding occurs at this and higher stages.
17 expect inundation of low areas, including some farmland, along the river channel.
