66.5 The railroad is closed in the east end of Ashland near Catlettsburg.
65.8 River overtops the low point of the bank at the foot of Houston Street in Russell and flows overland to Ganners Branch.
65.5 Routes 23 and 60 are flooded in the east end of Ashland and Route 23 a quarter mile west of Ashland is flooded.
64.5 The railroad is closed at Russell.
63 Route 60 is closed at Catlettsburg.
56.6 General flooding of areas around Ashland outside of the flood wall.
55.5 Route 3 is flooded at Catlettsburg.
52 Minor flooding of roadways in low lying areas due to backwater.
