33.7 Ohio Universtity, Route 33 in Athens, two eastern pump stations, the heating plant and most of Athens are flooded.
28 Areas in Athens near the river and the college start to flood. Low areas south, southwest, and east of Athens are flooded.
26 Areas in downtown Athens begin to flood. Water surrounds the hospital. Areas along the river are flooded around Athens.
22 East State Street in Athens and Route 33 south of Nelsonville begins to flood. Nelsonville Route 33 roundabout begins to flood.
21 West State Street and Blue Line bike path start to flood. Bike path flood gate is installed. Glen Ebon Road/County Road 4 starts to flood.
20 Low areas, campground, and private camps along the river between Athens and Coolville begin to flood.
