23.5 Major flooding of Belington. Many roads and businesses are flooded.
22 Water flows over road on the left bank near the river gage and floods about fifteen homes.
20 Water tops the high ground between the river and the city.
19 The railroad tracks along the right bank near the highway bridge is flooded. Intersection of State Route 250 and 92 starts to flood between 19 and 21 feet.
18 Water tops the left bank near the river gage and floods the road along river.
17 Flooding of the streets of Belington due to storm sewers backing up. Many low-lying areas are flooded.
15 About ten homes along River Street are flooded. Big Field Addition at Willow Street is flooded.
14 Both river banks near the river gage and roadways in low-lying areas are flooded, especially along River and Dayton Streets, the intersection of Talbott Road, and Walbash Street.
13 Water floods basements of homes along the river due to sewers backing up.
12 Water affects the left bank 0.25 miles upstream from the highway bridge along River Street and Dayton Street.
