42 Ohio Route 7 near Reno and Lower Newport is flooded. Areas around Cow Creek near Willow Island are flooded.
41 Water starts to inundate Ohio Route 7 in the Reno area.
37 Ohio State Route 7, Township Road 443, and Township Road 19 at Newell Run and Lenards Landing floods.
36 Ohio Route 7 starts to flood at Collins Run, just south of Matamoras.
