Expect major flooding between and near levees. The railroad bridge at Garland City, Arkansas must be closed and leveed over at this point. Expect major backwater flooding through the lower Sulphur River to approaching Lake Wright Patman.
Move livestock and equipment to higher ground away from levees. Expect extensive flooding between and near levees.
Expect flooding between and near levee systems with backwater flooding up through the lower Sulphur River.
Expect flooding in between levees with backwater flooding affecting the lower Sulphur River.
Expect flooding between levees. Livestock should be moved to higher ground.
During periods of possible very heavy rainfall, river forecasts may take into account precipitation amounts expected 30, 36, or even 48 hours into the future from the forecast issuance time.
