At 12.0 ft, fields, roads, and structures along the Weber River above Echo Reservoir can expect damage due to high water. These areas includes residences at the mouth of Upper Weber Canyon along State Route 21. Additionally, if culverts become clogged with debris, anticipate flooding in the town of Oakley as the Weber River passes under the bridge of State Route 21.

At 10.0 ft, structures, roads, and fields along the Weber River above Echo Reservoir will be affected by high water. Residences at the mouth of Upper Weber Canyon can expect flooding. Additionally, if culverts become clogged under State Route 21 as it passes through the town of Oakley, anticipate flood damage to multiple homes in the area.

At 9.6 ft, roads, structures and fields along the Weber River above Echo Reservoir will be affected by high water. Anticipate minor flood damage to homes and residences at the mouth of Upper Weber Canyon. Additionally, if the culvert that passes under State Route 21 becomes clogged with debris, anticipate flooding in the town of Oakley in the area where the Weber River passes under State Route 21.
