At 2.7 ft (446 CFS), major flooding will occur along 13th East as water will upwell out of the underground culvert and flood the city streets along 13th East.

At 1.8 ft (162 CFS), additional flooding will occur near the intersection of 9th South and 9th East.

At 1.5 ft, minor flooding will occur to the area near 9th South and 9th East. Water will upwell out of the underground culvert.
