24 RIVER GAGE FLOODED. HISTORIC FLOODING ALONG THE BLACK RIVER.
18 MAJOR FLOOD STAGE. THE BLACK RIVER IS OUT OF BANKS IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS BETWEEN CARLISLE AND ELYRIA. MANY CREEKS BACKED UP AS A RESULT WITH WIDESPREAD FLOODING. CARLISLE TOWNSHIP ALONG WOODSIDE AVENUE AND GREENVIEW DRIVE SUSTAIN SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE.
17 NICKLE PLATE DIAGONAL ROAD INUDATED BETWEEN PARSONS AND WHITEHEAD ROADS NORTH OF CARLISLE INUNDATED.
14 Flooding occurs throughout Cascade Park in Elyria.
11 Flooding begins in low lying areas near the river in Elyria. Ford Road may be closed for high water.
9.5 Flooding begins south of Elyria in Carlisle Township.
