12.82 Expect major flooding of homes, apartments, and businesses. Sections of Pine Avenue, Center Street, Walnut Street, Woodworth Avenue, River Avenue, Downie Street, Ely Street, and Riverview Drive are closed due to high water.
10.8 Nearly all bridges flooded. Expect moderate flooding of the first floor of homes, apartments and businesses. Sections of Pine Avenue, Center Street, Walnut Street, Woodworth Avenue, River Avenue, Downie Street, Ely Street, and Riverview Drive are closed due to flooding.
10 Residents living in homes and apartments near the river on River Avenue, Court Avenue, Ely Street, and Riverview Drive are flooded. The bridge on State Street is closed due to flooding. The following streets in Alma are closed due to high water, Pine from Center to Downie, Downie from Pine to River, River from Downie to Walnut, Walnut from River to Euclid, Pine from Superior to Downie, Woodworth from Ely to the railroad trails, and State from Ely to the railroad tracks.
9.5 Expect flooding in basements in residences along Downie and River Streets.
