38 HOMES ALONG THE RIVER AND ALONG 35 OVER 17 SNODGRASS ROAD START TO FLOOD. LOW SECTIONS NEAR THE RIVER AND AROUND ELIZABETH AND PALESTINE START TO FLOOD.
