61 Access to Village Center including Dowling House, Wilson Garden, Carter House and Smith River View Apartments as well as Phillips Center Village Church, and Village Square becomes limited.
60 The Waste Water Plant operations are impacted.
59 The Waste Water Discharge and Lift Station at Village Square will be impacted. This level is the 100 year flood level downstream of the Highway 250 Bridge. This means that on average you would expect a flood of this magnitude every 100 years.
58.8 Christian Advent Home was flooded in the April 1973 flood.
58 Additional homes in Cardinal Terrace and on Park Center Drive, Willow Bend Way, Dowling Park Drive, Millsite Lane and Dog Wood Lane in Park of the Pines will flood.
57 In Advent Christian Village, additional homes along Dowling Park Drive north to Aquilla Lane and on Maple Lane and Redbud Lane in Park of the Pines and in Cardinal Village will flood. The Suwannee River will overflow the east bank just south of the Village Square.
56.7 Access to the bridge on County Road 250 will be limited by flooding at County Road 250 and Dowling Park Drive.
56 In Advent Christian Village and Dowling Park signifcant areas will flood north of County Road 250 and east of Dowling Park Drive to a point east of 235th road. Dowling Park Drive north to the First Federal Bank will flood. Access to residences on Dowling Park Drive, Millsite Lane, low areas of Park of the Pines and in Cardinal Terrace will be limited. Residents in these areas will be asked to evacuate. Some homes on Cardinal Circle will flood at or below this elevation.
55.4 In Advent Christian Village, Dowling Park Drive just north of the County Road 250 and a residence at Dowling Park Drive and Pinewood Way will flood.
55 In Dowling Park, significant areas southwest of 237th road south of County Road 250 will flood.
54.5 In Advent Christian Village, Dowling Park Drive north of Dardeck Drive will flood.
54 In Advent Christian Village, some buildings in the Camp Suwannee area will flood.
51.5 A couple of houses near the river south of the County Road 250 Bridge will start to flood.
51 In Advent Christian Village, Pinewood Way to Park of the Pines floods.
50 In Advent Christian Village, Minor flooding occurs in low areas adjacent to the river. In Dowling Park areas south of County Road 250 and west of 237th road will flood.
