20.5 Major Flooding: Floodwaters converge to the Commercial Street Neighborhood around N 4th Street and N 10th Street to cause flooding north of I-880 in San Jose. Businesses north and south of Berryessa Road and west of the creek are inundated. South Bay and Golden Wheel Mobile home parks are inundated; there is risk that floodwaters could overtop and flood homes to the west.
19.5 Major Flooding: Commercial and industrial area near Berryessa Road are significantly flooded. Major flooding in the mobile home parks.
18 Major Flooding: Minor street flooding occurs at Charcot Ave due to bridge overtop. Businesses S of Berryessa Rd nr yard Court are flooded. Overland flows from Yard Court area travel across Berryessa Rd to contribute to flooding of businesses N of Berryessa Rd W of Coyote Crk. S Bay Mobile Home Park, Riverbend Family Park, and Golden Wheel Park are flooded.
17.5 Major Flooding: Flooding in the offices and industrial areas north and south of Berryessa Road west of the creek. The floodwall on the south side of Golden Wheel and South Bay Mobile Home Parks begin to overtop.
16.5 Moderate Flooding: Businesses northwest and southwest of Berryessa Road and Coyote Creek flooding.
15.5 Moderate Flooding: Berryessa Road is at rist of localized street flooding, with business northwest fo Berryessa Road and Coyote Creek flooding.
14.5 Minor Flooding: Pick-N-Pull and Graniterock yards flooding.
13.5 Minor Flooding: Railroad truck leading to Graniterock is flooded. Pick-N-Pull yard is at risk of flooding.
11.5 Monitor: Structures along the Creek's natural lower floodplain will become flooded.
