Major Flooding: Floodwaters converge to the Commercial Street Neighborhood around N 4th Street and N 10th Street to cause flooding north of I-880 in San Jose. Businesses north and south of Berryessa Road and west of the creek are inundated. South Bay and Golden Wheel Mobile home parks are inundated; there is risk that floodwaters could overtop and flood homes to the west.

Major Flooding: Minor street flooding occurs at Charcot Ave due to bridge overtop. Businesses S of Berryessa Rd nr yard Court are flooded. Overland flows from Yard Court area travel across Berryessa Rd to contribute to flooding of businesses N of Berryessa Rd W of Coyote Crk. S Bay Mobile Home Park, Riverbend Family Park, and Golden Wheel Park are flooded.
