13.6 Historical High Water - December 1955
13.5 Major Flooding: Breakouts occurring along the creek channel in multiple locations with widespread shallow flooding in the Crescent Park and Duveneck/St. Francis neighborhoods in Palo Alto. Flooding moves westward from Euclid Avenue into Menlo Park. Overbanking from Pope Chaucer flows northerly into Menlo Park.
13.4 Historical High Water - February 1998
12.8 Moderate Flooding: Overbanking upstream of Pope Chaucer Road mostly flowing southeasterly along streets towards Duveneck Elementary School.
12 Minor Flooding: Overbanking possible near University Avenue, Euclid Avenue, Manhattan Avenue, and along Woodland Avenue. Northerly breakouts flow into East Palo Alto along Euclid and Manhattan Avenue, causing deep ponding at their northern terminus against US-101.
11 Action Stage: Possible flooding to occur.
