26 expect widespread flooding from the Ferry Street Bridge to Belt Line Road in Eugene. Also expect flooding along the right bank of the Willamette in Springfield.
24 expect flooding of low lying land along the Willamette River from Eugene to Junction City. Coburg Road has historically been closed due to flooding at this and higher stages.
23 expect widespread flooding of several roads and low lying areas along and near the Willamette River in and near Eugene, especially between River Road and the Willamette in north Eugene.
18.5 the Willamette River at bankfull level. Expect localized flooding of some parks and trails immediately adjacent to the river.
