989.7 This is the June 28, 2006 flood of record. In addition to widespread and severe flooding throughout much of the low lying areas in town, water reaches the East-West Main Street intersection and the Press Building.
989 This is the flood stage of September 2011. The Town Water Treatment building begins to flood.
988 Central Fire Station begins to take on water. Clinton Street, Grand Street and Avery Street flood.
987.5 Scoville Meno Car Dealership is impacted by flood waters. Liberty Street and Pleasant Street are flooded.
987 The Waste Water Treatment plant is impacted by flood waters. Sherman Avenue, Bridge Street, Willow Street and Cross Street flood.
985.5 Amphenol begins to flood at this stage.
984.6 Major Flood Stage. Flood waters reach the American Legion and inundate Adams, Gilbert, Weir and Union Streets.
984 Flooding increases to all of River Street in Sidney, and on Walnut Street, River Street and Oak Avenue in Bainbridge. Water floods the full extent of Camp Street in Sidney.
983.5 Moderate flood stage. Water is 2 to 3 feet deep on Willow Street Extension. Flood waters reach Camp Street, Winegard Street and Maple Avenue in Sidney. The NYSEG substation and telephone buildings flood.
982 Street level to first floor flooding occurs on Railroad Avenue, Colgrove Street and the lower portions of River Street in Sidney.
981.5 Minor flooding begins. Minor flooding begins to impact the ball fields, trails and buildings on Willow Street Extension in Sidney.
