This site will display only the river readings for the Wabash River at the Indiana SR 154 Bridge at Hutsonville, Illinois. River Forecasts for the Wabash River will only be displayed on the now closed Hutsonville Power Plant site located immediately upstream. Gage readings at this bridge site do not match the readings at the old Power Plant site and can be as much as 2 feet lower when the river is near record levels.

An official U.S. Geological Survey station number is assigned to this river site. However, clicking on the above web link will yield an error message because this site is not in the U.S. Geological Survey’s database. This river site is operated solely by the National Weather Service at Indianapolis.

Detailed stream discharges and gage heights as archived by the U.S. Geological Survey are not available. Much of the data that is available is displayed on the NOAA NWS Advanced Hydrologic Prediction System web page (
