18.5 Water affects 73rd Street near I-235. Water reaches the underside of the 63rd Street bridge. Businesses just east of the railroad tracks on Grand Ave affected.
17.7 Water reaches the base of the railroad bridge upstream of 63rd Street.
17.5 The 63rd Street overhead gates are closed.
16.5 The Grand Avenue overhead gates are closed.
16 Water covers Grand Avenue in Des Moines. Water affects some nearby residences and Colby Park in Windsor Heights.
