8 the Dungeness River causes major flooding of roads and farm lands...with swift and deep flood waters running through some residential araes. Major damage due to erosion of river banks is possible. Flooding will occur all along the river including headwaters...tributaries...and other streams within and near the Dungeness River Basin.
7 the Dungeness River will flood roads and pasture lands...with swift flood waters threatening some residential areas. Erosion may damage river banks.
6 the Dungeness River will locally spill over its banks.
